Love Confession

Hey, Maders! I just want to show you my perspective about love confession done by girls. I've ever post it on my wordpress, but I repost it here. Okay, let's rock!

People say that girls are not permitted to confess first their feeling to boys whom they love.
Personally, I don’t quite agree with the statement. Everyone is free to say what they feel, especially love.
On the other hand, I’m really shy to say it first. If I were a boy, I would say I love you and ask the one I love to be my soulmate.

As a girl, I only show the signals that I love him. I cannot do more than that. I am a girl, remember? Waiting to ask is the best decision, people say.
I may say these words to him:
“There are many girls loving you. I’m one of them.”
His face probably looks shocked and confused. I don’t care, so I continue what I have to say.
“Well, I’m not forcing you to love me back although that’s what I want. I hope you would never hate me because of what I’ve said. This is the truth. I love you.”
You can guess the ending about declaration I’ve said. There are positive and negative responses. The positive response is that he will say “I love you too” to me and regret that he is not brave enough to say it first. Then, we become a couple and love each other. Every day will be full of love. What a perfect life!
In contrast, let’s discuss the negative response. Perhaps he will refuse my love because he doesn’t like me and think that I’m arrogant, disgusting, etc. I’m afraid of these probabilities. The worst thing is he will not talk to me anymore and we cannot be friends as we used to be. I don’t want it happen to me. Believe me! It is better to be only “friends” than he hates me.
Hence, I will be waiting for him whether he loves me or not. I shall be grateful that we can meet and have several sweet moments together.

Working at Ketileng Hospital, Semarang

Hey, Maders! Yesterday I’ve got a chance to accompany my mom and her assistant, Syifa, going to a hospital because they two had job to do. They would meet many patients that wanted to have IUD and implant in order to prevent pregnancy.

In the morning, Syifa came to my house and we all had breakfast together. My mom needed some time to put makeup, so Syifa and I took pictures around my house. We were using white uniform and I felt proud of it. It’s so cool, isn’t it? To be honest I’m not a part of public health servants but I could enter that world because of my mom.

Next, we went to petrol station to buy fuel for Marion, my car. Automatic cars should be fueled although they still have half of the fuel. Not long after that, we continued our way to the hospital.

The location of the hospital was far, but the highways were not full of cars somehow although it was Sunday. People usually go somewhere on the weekend. But I think I knew why, it was because of the weather. Gloomy and cloudy situation made people lazy to leave home.

As we reached the hospital, my mom parked the car and we went inside to a pavilion. I saw many people there waiting for their turn to get service. They’re women of course, some of them brought their babies.

While my mom and her assistant were working, I enjoyed sitting with browsing on the internet. I had no job to do, just went along with them. It was silly, yeah I know that, I wore white uniform that made me like one of the health servants. Haha.

Please understand that I just wanted to be ‘awesome’ one day with my white uniform. In the past, I was dreaming to be a doctor but I forgot it since I’m being an English lit student and I love it! God knows the best for us. Maybe it’s not my way to continue what my mom and my grandpa did so far.

Lastly, we tried to donor our blood but it failed. My hemoglobin was only 12,2 and Syifa got low heart pressure. It was a shame! We would try it again next time. Haha. Yeah, well, that’s all about yesterday’s activity. See you, Maders!

Japanese Food in a Day

Hi, Maders! How’re you today? Good, right? Hope you’re all right wherever you are. By the way, I’ve just got some pictures from my friend in Japan, Harue-san. She’s a local public employee and her specialty is architecture. She checks drawing of buildings before and after the construction started to find out whether the reality is same or not with what has been planned.

She said to me that Indonesian dish is like Japanese because it has the same sense of taste. Both of them are delicious. Glad to know this because as long as she visited my country, I was the one explaining her about food. Haha

She showed me the food she ate in her office while working. There a few pictures below as you can see:

Let’s talk about the first one. On the left side is called ‘Hiya yakko’ (a tofu made from soybeans with scallion and dried bonito) and she had it with soy souse. ‘Saba no Shioyaki’ is the grilled mackerel with salt. ‘Daikon no Miso Dengaku’ is dadish boiled with soup and the souse is sweet, Miso souse. ‘Miso shiru’ is the soup of miso made from soybeans. The yellow one is ‘takuwan’ (pickle of Japanese radish). The last is rice and green tea.

Next, the second picture. The yellow one is ‘omuretu’, the vegetables and the meat in the egg, and the tomato souse. The center is ‘agedashi tofu’, fried tofu with soup, and the pickle of vegetables, rice, and miso soup.

This Sunday afternoon, Harue-san was eating ‘okonmiyaki’. It is savory pancake with various ingredients. Seems so tasty. Oh, I feel like trying them. How about you, Maders? Let’s find a Japanese restaurant, shall we!

Autumn in Yamaguchi, Japan

Hello, Maders! As you know that I have new friends from Japan, but some of them are Chinese. The last time I met them was on Friday and we still talk to each other though. Today, I’ve some pictures from Harue and Tei. They show me Autumn in Japan.

Autumn is my favorite season compared to others although there is no snow that I’m dreaming to touch. I imagine playing with the fallen leaves because they have beautiful colors. In Indonesia, mostly I see green and yellow leaves.

The first pictures come from Harue showing the beauty of red leaves and her working place and also the view from the top of the building as you can see below:

Next, Tei’s sent me the scenery around his campus in Yamaguchi and he asked me whether I’ve seen red leaves or not. I said yes, but I haven’t touched them for real.

The season now still belongs to Autumn because the snow of Winter hasn’t come yet. Tei took me a picture of today’s atmosphere like this:

Well, that’s all that I can share about Autumn in Japan. I love collecting photographs about nature and amazing views from all around the world. If you have one, don’t hesitate to send it to me and I’ll post it here and mention your name. See you, Maders!

Autumn in Kedleston Hall, United Kingdom

Good Evening, Maders! What have you been doing today? I was reading a novel by James Dashner entitled The Fever Code and laying on my bed with blanket. My doll’s sitting next to me. Haha. It’s a cold afternoon with rain coming down from the grey sky.

After I finished reading the book, I talked to some friends and said hello to them. I do this activity regularly in order not to lose contacts. It’s important to reach people far away there and still building a good relationship.

I have a friend in England, her name is Hattie. We’ve been friends for years since I was in Senior High School. We both love Narnia and we haven’t met to be honest. The first time we talked through Twitter and now we chat through iMessage.

I’d love to collect pictures about seasons that my country doesn’t have. They’re Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer. I asked Hattie to send me some pictures about her seasons in UK and so far I’m having pictures about Autumn.

My imagination puts my mind as if I were in UK although my body’s here in Indonesia. Someday I really want to go abroad and see those seasons with my own eyes. Yeah, someday! The plane tickets are madly expensive and I also need to manage my visa and passport. Who says that travelling abroad is simple?

Well, thanks to her that she always shares me everything that I ask. I could give her questions about everything that I want to know about English and others then she would reply me. I’ve been studying English literature, so she’s like my savior to help me with it.

Okay, that’s all for this time. I just want to show you the beauty of Autumn. Again, thanks to Hattie, my friend in UK! We surely need to meet someday. Have a good day, Maders!
